• Contract of Sale
• Copy of the survey plan
• Letter of allocation
• Deed of Agreement
Note: Letter of allocation, Deed of agreement and the Survey will be prepared and presented after you have paid your documentation and survey plan fees.
 
 
the legal title is certificate of Occupancy. We also have a duly executed Deed of Assignment from the previous owner (Nigerian Army Post Service Housing Limited), Survey plan. Acada Arcade is free from all government acquisition as it’s owned by the Post Service Housing Limited of the Nigerian Army.

• 12 months (10%)
• 18 months (15%)
• 24 months (20%)

In the event of a refund a required to give a 90 days notice to the company which shall be the period with you refund shall be processed and considered. Your refund shall be made less than 30% administrative charges.

PEEDEEP Arcade Properties Limited do not accept cash. All payment should be made through the designated payment channels provided by the company in favour of PEEDEEP Arcade Properties Limited. We shall not be liable for any loss of payments that did not pass through our company account. Please adhere strictly to this terms and conditions.
